Being named a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Endpoint Management Tools is a meaningful milestone for Atera, but also for me personally as CEO and co-founder.

From the beginning, Atera’s mission has been clear. We set out to fundamentally change how IT work gets done. Not by adding more tools, dashboards, or manual processes, but by rethinking the role of IT and technology in a world where complexity and demands keep growing, and resources do not.

Endpoint management sits at the heart of this challenge. Every device represents opportunity, risk, and responsibility. For years, IT teams have been asked to do daily miracles while managing environments that never stop changing. We believed there had to be a better way.

Our answer was Autonomous IT.

At Atera, we are building a platform where AI is not an add-on or a feature, but the foundation. A platform where intelligent agents continuously learn, act, and resolve issues in real time, freeing IT professionals to focus on strategy, innovation, and impact. In our opinion, being recognized as a Visionary validates this direction and reinforces our belief that the future of endpoint management must be pre-emptive, adaptive, and autonomous by design.

This recognition is not about a single product release or moment in time. It reflects years of bold decisions, long-term thinking, and an unwavering focus on our customers and partners. We chose to invest in AI early, to challenge traditional RMM, PSA, and endpoint management models, and to build something that could truly scale with the needs of modern IT organizations and teams.

Most importantly, this achievement belongs to the people behind it.

Our customers, who trusted us, gave us feedback, and pushed us to go further. Our partners, who share our belief in what Autonomous IT can become. And our team at Atera, whose passion, creativity, and commitment make ambitious ideas real every day.

We see this moment not as a destination, but as momentum.

The shift toward Autonomous IT is just beginning, and endpoint management is only one part of a much bigger transformation. We remain focused on building technology that empowers IT teams, reduces operational burden, and sets a new standard for how IT is delivered and experienced.

Thank you to everyone who is part of this journey with us. The future of IT is autonomous, and we are just getting started!
