Gartner Gift Card Promotion – Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility.
This promotion is available to selected Atera customers who complete the required Gartner Peer Insights activity. Participation is subject to all applicable Gartner policies, including review guidelines, sourcing rules, and incentive requirements. - Promotion Requirements
- To qualify for the incentive, participants must submit a Gartner Peer Insights review using the designated review sourcing links.- Only reviews submitted between November 1, 2025 and December 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST are eligible.
– Only the first 50 approved reviews in each market will receive the incentive.
– All reviews must comply with Gartner’s Review Guidelines, the Sourcing Policy, and the Incentive Policy.
- Promotion Period
This is a limited-time promotion. All reviews must be submitted by December 12, 2025 to be considered for the incentive. - Reward Details
Eligible participants will receive a 25 USD gift card, issued in accordance with Gartner’s approval process.
– Limit of one reward per participant unless explicitly stated otherwise.- Gift cards are non transferable, non refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
– Atera and Gartner reserve the right to withhold the incentive if a review does not meet approval standards or violates program policies. - Delivery of Gift Cards
Gift cards will be delivered in accordance with Gartner’s delivery procedures and applicable terms. Neither Atera nor Gartner is responsible for issues resulting from incorrect contact information or delays caused by third-party providers. - Verification and Compliance
Atera may verify participant eligibility and adherence to all program requirements. Suspected misuse, inaccurate information, or policy violations may result in disqualification or reward cancellation. - Modification or Termination
Atera may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
